How long will it take to ship my SmileCase?
We use Royal Mail to ship. Please allow 3-5 working days for UK deliveries, 5-10 days for Mainland European deliveries and 5-20 days for the rest of the world including USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
What’s the policy on returns?
If you are not happy with your SmileCase then please drop us an email at info@smilecase.com to tell us why and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
If you are not entirely happy with your SmileCase we’re happy to exchange or refund items within 7 days of receipt. Unless the item is faulty the return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility and refunds will be issued via PayPal only.
Does SmileCase also fit iPad 2?
We’re currently awaiting stock of a second version of SmileCase that will fit iPad 2 and estimate this to be available by the end of July.
